How is pricing determined?

Each proposal is built around your event. Guest count, service duration, venue requirements, staffing, travel, and any enhancements determine the final investment. Our experiences begin at $1,095 and every quote is itemized so you know exactly what is included.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Golden Reserve provides bartending, planning, setup, beverage coordination, and hospitality. Where alcohol service requires licensing, it is coordinated through appropriately licensed Idaho hospitality partners. Golden Reserve does not represent itself as the alcohol retailer.

Can guests pay for their own drinks?

Cash-bar style formats are possible only where an appropriately licensed provider handles the sale of alcohol. We will walk you through the compliant options for your venue during your consultation.

Do you charge for travel?

Events within the standard Treasure Valley service area include travel. Venues beyond that radius include a travel line item covering drive time, fuel, and extended load-in hours.

How far in advance should we book?

Most weddings reserve six to twelve months ahead, and peak Saturdays book earliest. Corporate and private events are often accommodated with shorter notice — reach out and we will tell you honestly what is available.

What deposit is required?

A signed agreement and a retainer reserve your date. The retainer is applied to your final balance and holds your date exclusively.

What is your cancellation policy?

Retainers reserve a date we then decline to others, so they are non-refundable. Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible to transfer to a new date within twelve months, subject to availability.

What do you need from our venue?

A level service area, reasonable load-in access, and confirmation of the venue's beverage policies. Power and water are helpful but not always required. We coordinate directly with your venue so you do not have to relay details.

Is there a minimum or maximum guest count?

The Reserve Experience covers up to 50 guests. Larger celebrations are accommodated through guest count expansion tiers with additional bartenders so service stays quick and gracious.

How do signature cocktails work?

We design them with you — drawn from your story, favorite spirits, palette, season, and venue. You receive recipes, naming suggestions, and a printed menu in the Signature and Golden Reserve experiences.

Do you serve mocktails?

Always. Thoughtful zero-proof options are part of good hospitality, and we build them with the same care as the rest of the menu at no additional charge.

Do you work with corporate clients?

Yes — holiday parties, client appreciation evenings, fundraisers, networking receptions, and product launches. We provide invoicing, certificates of insurance, and a single point of contact for your team.

Birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, graduations, family gatherings, and luxury backyard celebrations throughout the Treasure Valley.

Which areas do you serve?

Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, and the surrounding Treasure Valley. Destination events in Idaho are considered by request.

Can we add hours on the day of the event?

When our schedule allows, yes. Additional hours are billed at the agreed rate and confirmed on-site with the host or planner.

What does the payment schedule look like?

A retainer at booking, then the remaining balance due shortly before your event date. Installment schedules are available for larger events.

Are you insured?

Yes. General liability coverage is maintained, and certificates of insurance can be issued directly to your venue or corporate office on request.
