These terms apply to the website only. They are separate from, and do not replace, the written Client Service Agreement that governs event services once a date is booked.

You may browse this site and submit inquiries for your own personal or business event planning purposes. You agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or with the operation of the site.

The Golden Reserve name, wordmark, emblem and logo, page copy, package names and descriptions, cocktail concepts, photography, graphics, layout, and design elements on this site are owned by Golden Reserve or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or create derivative works from our content, and you may not use our name or logo, without our prior written permission. You may share links to our pages.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Use the site to send spam, solicitations, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our accounts, or our data

Prices shown on this site are starting points, not quotes. As stated elsewhere on the site, final investment depends on factors such as guest count, service duration, travel, staffing, venue requirements, customization, and any enhancements you select. Enhancements are quoted per event.

Pricing, experiences, inclusions, enhancements, availability, service area, and policies may change at any time without notice. A change to the site does not change the terms of a proposal or agreement you have already signed.

Submitting a quote request or contact form is an inquiry only. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee that any requested date is available
• Submitting an inquiry does not reserve or hold your date
• Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or booking
• Quotes are estimates until confirmed in a written proposal
• Your event is booked only once our required booking process is complete, including a signed Client Service Agreement and the required retainer

Dates are reserved on a first-signed basis, and we may decline or be unable to accept an inquiry for any lawful reason.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share any details you provide about a venue, host, or third party. Information submitted through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through the website forms.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the website or our services, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

The site links to third-party services we do not control, such as our Instagram profile, and relies on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and data storage. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, and a link is not an endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). This limitation applies to website use only and does not limit or alter any rights or remedies set out in a signed Client Service Agreement for event services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Reserve from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your submission of information you did not have the right to provide. This section applies to website use only and does not extend to the provision of event services, which is addressed in the Client Service Agreement.

The information on this website is informational and promotional. Event services are governed exclusively by the written Client Service Agreement executed during booking, together with your confirmed proposal. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, and we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
